Privacy policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This policy explains how Peak Technology Services, LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with Construct Lifecycle (the “Service”) and the website constructlifecycle.com.
1. Who we are and our role
We are a Colorado limited liability company. For the website and for account and billing information we are the controller of your data. For project, customer, vendor and employee data that a customer enters into the Service (“Customer Data”), we process it on that customer's behalf and under their instructions; the customer is the controller and their privacy practices apply to it.
2. Information we collect
Provided by you
- Account information: name, work email address, company name, role and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider).
- Billing information: billing contact and address. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our systems.
- Customer Data: whatever you and your users enter into the Service, which may include names and contact details of your customers, vendors and staff.
- Support correspondence sent to support@constructlifecycle.com.
Collected automatically
- Usage and log data: IP address, browser type, pages and features used and timestamps, used for security, troubleshooting and improving the Service.
- Cookies: strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
From integrations you connect
We are rolling out integrations with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, DocuSign and Google Workspace. When you connect one, we receive the data needed to perform the sync you configured. Where we hold the access tokens for a connection, we store them in encrypted form. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure and support the Service.
- To bill you and communicate about your account, including renewals, payment issues and material changes.
- To improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified usage data.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use Customer Data to train machine-learning models for other customers.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use of it, currently including: cloud hosting and database providers; our authentication provider; Stripe for payments; and email delivery providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, users or the public. If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer to the successor under this policy.
5. Where data is stored
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant-level data isolation, role-based access control, encrypted storage of the integration credentials we hold, and logging of platform administration and integration activity. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as required by law.
7. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. After your subscription ends, you may request an export of your Customer Data for 30 days. After that period we delete it from active systems; backups are purged on their normal rotation. Security and audit logs are retained for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and audit purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. To exercise a right, email support@constructlifecycle.com; we will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires. If your data is Customer Data controlled by one of our customers, we will refer your request to them. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond to an appeal within 45 days, and if you remain unsatisfied you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, so no opt-out is needed for those purposes. We honor browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and notify account owners of material changes by email.
