One project. One lifecycle. One source of truth.

Construct Lifecycle tracks a construction project from the first opportunity to final closeout in a single system — what it's worth, what's been committed, what's been spent, what's been delivered, and what's left to finish.

Every project moves through the same eight stages. Construct Lifecycle keeps all of them in one place.

  1. OpportunityQualify the lead
  2. BidEstimate and propose
  3. AwardWin the work
  4. ContractScope, terms, milestones
  5. ProcureSelect and order
  6. DeliverReceive and install
  7. FinancialCost, bill, margin
  8. CloseoutFinish and file

Stop reconstructing the state of a project from five systems

Most contractors run the pipeline in one tool, estimates in another, purchase orders in email, costs in accounting, and closeout in a shared drive. Construct Lifecycle connects the whole chain to the project it belongs to.

1
Opportunity
Track customers and leads, qualify them, and see the pipeline by stage and value.
2
Bid
Build estimates with products and labor, produce proposals, and record what was submitted.
3
Award
Mark bids and opportunities won and track awarded work.
4
Contract
Capture scope, contract value and change orders against the original estimate.
5
Procure
Track purchase commitments and supplier orders, and see what's been committed to every vendor.
6
Deliver
Schedule and receive deliveries against supplier orders, and know what's on site versus still on order.
7
Financial
Compare costs to the estimate, track change orders against the schedule of values, and watch margin as the job moves.
8
Closeout
Clear open items, issue final billing, and close the project for good.

Project management isn't a stage. It's the spine.

In Construct Lifecycle the project is the record everything else attaches to: the customer, the bid, the contract, every purchase order, delivery, cost and invoice. Milestones, tasks, documents and change orders don't live inside one stage — they run the full length of the job, and you manage them from one place.

Where it lives in the app

A Projects area holds customers, all projects, contracts and milestones. A Home area holds your dashboard, My Work and notifications. Every other area — Pipeline, Operations, Financial, Closeout — opens onto the same project record.

What that replaces

The project-management tool that knew about schedules but not costs, the spreadsheet that knew about costs but not deliveries, and the inbox that knew about everything but told no one.

On every screen, the answers a project manager actually needs

  • Where is this project in its lifecycle?
  • What changed since I last looked?
  • What needs my attention today?
  • What happens next, and who owns it?
  • What is the project worth, and what has been committed?
  • What has been spent, and what has been delivered?
  • Is the project still profitable?
  • What remains before we can close it out?
